Materials & care

Our tile gap filler is made from high-quality silicone, ensuring excellent adhesion and flexibility. To maintain the sealant's integrity and appearance, simply clean the sealed areas with a mild household cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh scrubbing, which can damage the sealant over time. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before initial application for best results.

FAQ

Q1: How much area does one 180 ML tube cover? A: Coverage varies based on gap width and depth. Typically, one 180 ML tube can cover several meters of standard tile grout lines or a few smaller crack repair projects. Q2: Is this suitable for outdoor use? A: Yes, its waterproof and durable nature makes it suitable for outdoor tiled areas like balconies and porches, offering protection against weather elements. Q3: How long does the Waterproof Tile Gap Filler take to dry? A: The surface will be touch-dry within a few hours, but full curing for maximum water resistance typically takes 24-48 hours, depending on humidity and ventilation. Q4: Can this be used on coloured grout? A: This filler is typically white or transparent. If you have coloured grout, this product will cover it, effectively changing the grout colour to match the filler. Q5: Is it easy to remove if I make a mistake? A: While wet, excess filler can be wiped away with a damp cloth. Once cured, it is more challenging to remove and may require a sealant remover or scraping tool.
